White to off-white, ball shape granule with particle size similar to feed. Odourless, stable to light and heat, freely soluble in water. Our Sodium Butyrate Beadlets feature a spherical shape that ensures excellent flowability and easy mixing into animal feed. These beadlets are free from the typical rancid butyric odor, making them more pleasant to handle and incorporate into feed formulations. Additionally, they are non-hygroscopic, ensuring stable storage and preventing moisture absorption.

Butyric acid is a vital energy source for intestinal epithelial cells, providing up to 70% of their total energy needs.
