Field trial of DING SU PD 90 in Yang’s Layer farm
1, objective:to observe effect of DING SU PD90 (90% sodium butyratre) on production performance of Layers

3, trial site:Yang’s layer farm in Sanshui district, Foshan City, Guangdong province , China
4, experimental animals:12000 380-day-old layers
5, Feed and management:
The daily Management and immunization procedures of the test chickens were carried out in accordance with the regulations of Yang’s layer farm. number of eggs, number of broken eggs, number of dirty eggs, eggs eight, Number of eliminating layer, were recorded every day. At the end of trial, the laying rate, broken egg rate, dirty eggs rate and cull-and-death rate were calculated. and then compared with data before trial.

8, analysis:
1)The layers were 380 days-old after laying peak, so it is reasonable that laying rate after trial is 2.71% lower than that before trial. The defective in this test is there was no control group, so effect of DING SU PD90 on rate of descent of laying rate after laying peak can’t be observed.
2)Compare with pre-test, the broken egg rate, dirty egg rate, cull-and-death rate decreased by 46.67%, 76% 37.5% respectively, and the eggs weight increased by 2.22, because DING SU PD90 has the ability to improve digestive enzyme activity, improve the growth of Villi, maintain the health of GIT, reduce the diarrhea rate and so on.
